Vacancy Details

For Science Subjects

• Passed 10+2 (Intermediate) with Mathematics, Physics, and English from a recognized education board with at least 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English.
  OR
• Passed a 3-year Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Computer Science, IT, Instrumentation, or other approved streams) with 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English (or English in Intermediate/Matriculation).
  OR
• Passed a 2-year Vocational Course with non-vocational subjects including Physics and Mathematics, securing 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English.

For Other Than Science Subjects

• Passed 10+2 (Intermediate) in any stream with at least 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English.
  OR
• Completed a 2-year Vocational Course with 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English.

Medical Standards

• Applicants must meet the medical standards prescribed by the Indian Air Force.
• Minimum height:
  • Male: 152.5 cm
  • Female: 152 cm
• Candidates should have normal hearing, healthy vision, and be physically and mentally fit according to IAF medical guidelines.

How to Fill Agniveer Online Form 2026

• The Indian Air Force (IAF) has opened online applications for Agniveer Vayu Intake 02/2027 Recruitment 2026. Eligible candidates can submit their application from 06 July 2026 to 26 July 2026 through the official online portal.
• Photograph Guidelines: Upload a recent passport-size colour photograph (10 KB to 50 KB) taken against a light-coloured background. Headgear is not permitted except for Sikh candidates wearing religious attire. The photograph must clearly show the candidate holding a black slate displaying their name and the date the photograph was taken, written in white capital letters.
